Chi Pi Zeta Sponsorship
If you are participating in an event such as a pagent or other activity and seeking sponsorship from Chi Pi Zeta, please read and adhere to the following procedures and guidelines:
A: If a request is correctly submitted and granted, the maximum amount that can be approved is $25. Chi Pi Zeta reserves the right to deny any application for sponsorship for any reason.
A: Chi Pi Zeta limits the ampunt of approved sponsorships to individuals to five (5) per sorority year. Chi Pi Zeta's sorority years runs from August through May.
A: Response times may vary. If response is received at least one week prior to the next sorority monthly meeting, it will be voted upon at that meeting. You will receive a response via mail, email, or phone within 30 days following our vote. If no response is recieved you may contact us at hinesville_zetas@yahoo.com. Please see our calander for meeting dates.
