Essay Contest/Scholarship
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Chi Pi Zeta Chapter announces its 3rd Annual Essay Writing Contest in conjunction with the 2012 Ladies of the Dove Literary Festival. The contest is open to all students in Liberty County and Ft. Stewart schools in grades 3 through 12. Awarding of prizes will also occur at the Literary Festival on March 10, 2012. Interested students must submit a completed application and essay/story by February 10, 2012 for consideration.
Entries will be judged in four categories; elementary, middle, high school and high school senior. All essays/short stories should be neat and legible (double spaced, typed preferred). Entries will be judged on originality, creativity and presentation (including grammar and spelling).
The essay contest begins on December 1, 2011 and ends on February 11, 2012. Any entries received before or after these dates will be disqualified.
